"I further direct that my remains be buried at the Jim Reeves Memorial Site, Carthage, Texas, on the east side of the present Jim Reeves grave."
"I hereby give, devise and bequeath to my trustee(s) named herein, in trust, my house at 400 Westchester Drive, Madison, Tennessee, and all guitars or other musical instruments, gold records, plaques, certificates and other like or similar tangible personally used by my deceased husband, JAMES T. REEVES, during his lifetime in connection with his musical career or resulting from his performances, including the 1960 Cadillac automobile which belonged to the late JAMES T. REEVES, together with the sum of Ten Thousand ($10,000) Dollars, and direct my trustee(s) to transfer such property on my behalf as next described:
"It is my intention that such property be used for the purpose of developing and promoting an appreciation of Country Music as an American art form. Therefore, I direct my trustee(s) to cause to be incorporated within one year from the date of my death a Tennessee not for profit corporation to be operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the intendment of Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954, or corresponding provisions or any subsequent Federal tax laws. All of the assets and earning shall be used exclusively for the purposes hereinabove set out, including the payment of expeneses incidental thereto, and no part of the net earnings shall inure to the benefit of any private member or individual, and no substantial part of the activities of the corporation shall be for the carrying or of propaganda or to otherwise attempting to influence legislation...
"It is my wish that the house and items given under this Item Second to be used to establish a not for profit corporation which would operate a museum for the promotion of Country Music as an American art form. Also it is my wish tha Harry Jenkins, Joyce Jackson, Darla Kent, Leo Jackson, Ira Robert "Bud" Logan and Virginia King be Members of the not for profit corporation if they so desire..."
"I hereby direct my executor to discharge any mortgage which may exist on the home of Leo Jackson, one of the Blue Boys, if there be such mortage at the date of my death and to discharge the mortgage on the house of my faithful employee and friend, Joyce Jackson...and likewise to discharge any mortagge which may exist on the home of Darla Kent...and Virginia King... If any of the foregoing do not have a house at the date of my death and desire such, then and in that event, the executor is directed to pay over to the one or ones so requesting the sum of Ten Thousand ($10,000) Dollars in order that they might use the same to apply on the purchase of a home...
"I forgive the obligation of Eighty Thousand ($80,000) Dollars, or whatever part remains thereof at the date of my death, owed to me by Tom Perryman and his wife...
"If and in the event at the date of my death I am married, then I hereby give, devsie and bequeath all of my remaining tangible personal property, not otherwise herein disposed of, including any other automobile or automobiles not previously given herein, which I may own at the date of my death, to my husband, but if I am not married at the date of my death, then the same shall go to my mother, if she be living, and if not, the same shall go to my brothers and sisters then living, upon their joint receipt, to be divided among them as they see fit...
"I hereby give, devise and bequeath the sum of One Hundred Thousand ($100,000) Dollars to my husband, William Terry Davis, if he survives me...
"I hereby give, devise and bequeath the sume of One Hundred Thousand ($100,000) Dollars to Ira Robert "Bud" Logan, if he survives me.
"All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real, personal and mixed, including any insurance on my life payable to or collectible by my executor, I hereby give, devise and bequeath to the trustee(s) hereinafter named upon the following uses and trusts, to wit:

"...upon the death of my Mother, this trust shall terminate and any undistri buted income and principal shall be distributed as follows:
"(a) One-half (1/2) to my brothers and sisters, equally, share and share alike...
"(b) One-half (1/2) to the brothers and sisters of James Travis Reeves, equallyu, share and share alike...
"...as respects any negotiations concerning a contract with RCA Victor Record Co. and the songs of the late Jim Reeves, that the trustee shall obtain such counsel and advice in connection with such negotiations and contract as it deems advisable. I further direct that a committee consisting of Chet Atkins, Harry Jenkins, Joyce Jackson and Ira Robert "Bud" Logan, or such of them as are alive and capable of acting, shall cosntitute the committee to select and release Jim Reeves' master recordings, LPs and singles, and the direction of such committee pursuant to a majority vote of the committee shall be full acquittance to the executor and trustee(s) as respects the same.
